On Monday 26 March 2014, it was made the first day of training with poultry breeders in the plant Uvesa of Tudela. In this day of training they have participated 17 poultry farmers in the areas of Aragon, Navarra, La Rioja and Soria.
The content of this day has been formed by educational talks on biosafety, cleaning and disinfection plan, management and food security and issues related to the final quality. It has also made a visit to the plant bird Tudela guided by the director of the plant.
All participants have been given a certificate of attendance at this training day. And throughout this year, they will continue to make these sessions with other farmers in these areas.
