With its usual guarantee of quality and food safety, Grupo UVESA launches a new line of cured chicken meats called Basmahal, which was born with an export vocation and the objective of offering daily and healthy products respecting Halal requirements.
It is a complete range of sausages, chorizo, salchichón and fuet, made 100% with selected chicken meat, coming from the integrated farms of the UVESA Group and that has Halal certification through the Halal Quality Control certifier, an internationally recognized entity. which ensures that the raw material and all processes meet the requirements of the Muslim religion. In addition, it is free of gluten and lactose.
At the moment, the Basmahal formats on the market are vacuum packs of sliced meats with a net weight of 100g, whole vacuum packs of 400g for chorizo and salami, and 250g for fuet.
