UVESA Group continues to innovate in the context of healthy eating and its latest development is a new product line with its own name, Alpico. This is a complete range of chicken charcuterie, chorizo, salchichoni and fuet, made with selected chicken meat from integrated farms Uvesa group.

The range is Halal-certified through the Halal Quality Control certification body. Furthermore, it contains no added fat as it is made with the juiciest parts of the chicken and is free of allergens, gluten and lactose.

Alpico chorizo, salchichón and fuet reach the market packaged in trays and whole pieces for the retail channel. They are also available in cut formats for the traditional channel and the hotel and catering trade.
