Grupo Uvesa collaborates with the Villa Javier de Tudela commissary for the purchase of two freezers

March 5, 2019.- Within the framework of its firm commitment to the company, Grupo UVESA will support the Villa Javier de Tudela commissary and soup kitchen for the purchase of two freezers that will allow this association to improve product exposure, conservation once in store and its ability to offer a variety of foods.

This social project, managed by the Tudela Comparte Foundation, allows families in need in the capital of La Ribera to buy basic foods. This commissary and soup kitchen is known as “El Capacico” and facilitates daily access to basic food for some 50 families -about 200 people- in the region thanks to contributions from companies and individuals in the area.

In addition, Grupo UVESA has decided to maintain a periodic relationship with this social project, managed by the Tudela Comparte Foundation, donating chicken on a regular basis to supply the commissary service for disadvantaged families in the Ribera Navarra.
