The people registered in the sports event chose the NGOs, soup kitchens and food banks, which have received the product

Despite the difficulties arising from the health crisis, Grupo UVESA has also continued this year faithful to its social commitment and promotion of sport, organizing its first Virtual Solidarity Race. The test was held last May throughout Spain, as runners or cyclists participated by registering their exercise through a mobile application and choosing the NGO to which they wanted to donate their “race”.

Thanks to them, Uvesa has delivered 500 kilos of chicken to each of the five most voted associations; Cáritas de Rafelbunyol, Food Bank of Toledo (Casarrubios), Ángeles Malagueños de la Noche, Food Bank of Segovia (Cuéllar) and El Capacico de Villa Javier (Tudela).

The collaboration of Grupo UVESA allows these organizations to offer underprivileged families and people in a precarious situation a quality food with great nutritional value such as chicken.
