The magazine UNE of AENOR (Spanish Association for standardisation and certification), the month of April, has published an extensive report of the Group Uvesa on quality and continuous improvement.

The report explains that, since the mid 80’s, part of the management team and shareholder of Uvesa have opted for quality with a broad vision for the future to believe that thus Uvesa would be more and more strong and competitive in the market.

The Director of the quality of the Group Uvesa, Mrs.  Iratxe Pérez, indicates who has worked to get important certificates in national and international (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 2200, protocols IFS and BRC), which officially recognized the high level of safety food that it is offered.

And in this way, group Uvesa has found in the certification of management systems a powerful reinforcement of the security of the processes in the chain of food and thus constitute a warranty department stores and retailers for both the end customer.
