Uvesa Group donates almost 4,000 kilo of chicken thanks to the participation of its employees in the 3rd virtual solidarity race

• More than 450 Uvesa employees registered for the third edition of this event created by the Navarrese company.
•  The food was distributed among six organisations that support vulnerable people in Navarre, Burgos, Segovia, Malaga and Valencia.

With a dual social and sporting objective, the 3rd Virtual Solidarity Race organised by the Uvesa Group and open to the participation of employees and family members of the Navarrese company was completed on the first weekend of July. For every 6 kilometres covered, walking, running or cycling, Uvesa Group pledged to donate a plate of chicken to non-profit organisations present where the company has work centres. Thus, with the activity of more than 450 people, registered through a mobile application, almost 4,000 kilos of chicken have been collected and have already been distributed among six entities in Navarra, Burgos, Segovia, Malaga and Valencia. Specifically, the Uvesa Group has donated product to the Food Banks of Navarra, Burgos, Segovia and Valencia. In Navarra, it has also donated to the Villa Javier de Tudela association and in Malaga to the NGO Ángeles Malagueños de la Noche.
