Grupo UVESA has been one of the companies in Castilla y León benefiting from the Reindustrialization Plan of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism (Reindus), whose objective is to promote industrial policy and job creation in rural areas.

From the total budget of 38 million euros, UVESA has received financing of 600,000 euros – the investment exceeds 800,000 – for the implementation of an innovative system of Classified and Distribution in the processing plant of birds of Cuéllar (Segovia).

The new system is based on the use of IRIS-KD / KDS HS vision technology, fully automated, for the classification of chicken carcasses, as well as the additional installation of the automatic distribution line or transfer that will allow the connection Direct after the sorting process and the exploded section of channels.
