Grupo UVESA participates in the internationall fair ANUGA, which is held between October 5 and 9 in Cologne (Germany), presenting its ranges of white chicken, yellow vegetable certified and made fresh and frozen, in addition to its new chicken line roast ready to eat.
UVESA products are in the pavilion of ICEX Spain Export and Investment, specifically in Pavilion 4.2 (Frozen Foods) corresponds to stand no. D027.
The decision to participate in this global showcase of the agri-food sector will allow UVESA to develop and consolidate its implementation in international markets. Last year Uvesa began its presence as an exhibitor in international fairs with the participation in the Sial fair (Paris).
ANUGA is one of the most important and comprehensive food fairs in the world where the latest trends in the sector are presented. 6,607 exhibitors from 95 countries (83% abroad) attended the last edition, in an exhibition space of 304,000 square meters. 158,817 visitors from 156 countries participated in ANUGA, with 52% abroad.
After more than 50 years dedicated to production, processing and distribution, UVESA is currently one of the largest chicken producers in Spain. Thanks to its vertical integration production cycle, it guarantees the traceability and quality of its products that, since 2011, compete in the export markets for Retail, Foodservice and Industry.
