May 6, 2019.- Grupo Uvesa collaborates with the European University Miguel de Cervantes de Valladolid in the XII Master’s Degree in Biotechnology, Research and Food Safety to train experts in the agri-food industry to be taught in Valladolid from October 2019 to May 2020.
The title, the only one of these characteristics in Castilla y León, aims to train experts to carry out technical and managerial functions in the agri-food industry and to broaden their knowledge and bet on the vanguard and innovation in the sector.
Thus, Grupo UVESA offers 500-hour internships to the Master’s students. Today, a trainee in the last edition continues to be trained in feed manufacturing, WQ livestock and quality at the UVESA Cuéllar plant. In addition, a quality technician is currently working on the same plant, which obtained the title in previous editions of the Master in Biotechnology, Research and Food Safety.
On the other hand, Clara Vázquez de Prada Bravo, Agricultural Technical Engineer, Agronomist, Master in Total Quality of the Food Industry and director of the Bird Plant UVESA Cuéllar is a speaker of the Master and teaches the days dedicated to Food Microbiology and Projects of R & D.
