Uvesa Group will participate in the second phase of ‘The Sense of Meat’, the pioneering collaborative project to promote the pleasure of eating meat.
  • The Sense of Meat’ aims to promote and vindicate the pleasure of eating meat and the suitability of integrating this food into a complete and balanced diet.
  • Together with the Uvesa Group, 150 companies and organisations have already joined the project, which was launched last May.

Tudela, 17 September 2024. The Uvesa Group reiterates its commitment to ‘El Sentido de la Carne’, the only initiative that brings together the entire value chain (manufacturers, distributors, specialised channel, interprofessionals, associations and organisations, among others), already has 150 member companies, adding more than 40 new participants since its launch last April.

In this second phase of the project, ‘El Sentido de la Carne’ will launch a competition on its Instagram profile in which, after following the account @elsentidodelacarne and mentioning two friends in the publication of the competition, participants will be eligible to win 3 lots of meat of all categories (beef entrecôte, Iberian secret, pork tenderloin, chicken wings, rabbit medallions, lamb chops…). The competition will be published in the first week of October and will run for 15 days.

The Sense of Meat’ is a pioneering collaborative project to highlight and vindicate the pleasure of eating meat and the suitability of integrating this food into a complete and balanced diet. The main objective of the initiative is to transmit that meat and meat products are part of our gastronomic culture and that consuming it in accordance with the recommended guidelines contributes to a varied and balanced diet, within the framework of the Mediterranean Diet.
