Uvesa Tudela collaborates in training for difficult coverage jobs

44 people participated in the program, 12 of whom have practiced at the Navarre poultry facilities

UVESA Group has participated for the first time in the course Incorporating Professional Profiles in the Company, an initiative developed by the Association of Entrepreneurs of La Ribera (AER), the Association of Companies of the Middle Zone (Aezmna), the Association of Companies of the Merindad de Estella (Laseme) and the Navarro Employment Service. Thanks to this project, a total of 44 unemployed people or in situations of job improvement have been trained in jobs that are difficult to cover in the agri-food, wind, hospitality / catering and ICT sectors. After its completion, four hiring and another 15 have been carried out in the non-labor practices modality.

Grupo UVESA has participated in facilitating the completion of the internship period for 12 students, specifically in the Department of Food Quality and Safety, since -after a previous field work carried out by the associations in order to know the most demanded profile- it was put It is clear that the profile of a Quality technician in the Agrifood Industry is one of the “positions of difficult coverage that require a completely specific training”.

The UVESA Group has valued the experience very positively. “It is a very interesting and good initiative for the Ribera, so UVESA’s intention is to continue collaborating,” says one of those responsible.
