March 21, 2018 – The grand finale of the first contest “Prepared your recipe of chicken”  organised by the Group UVESA and Eht Alcalá has taken place on the premises of the IES School of hospitality and tourism of Alcalá de Henares. 

Involving 200 students and students of 11 courses, 24 have managed to reach the final, and 12 have won the awards

The jury has valued the 24 recipes that competed in six different categories: recipes for children, recipes for celebrations, recipes for tapas,  Express recipes, with recipes for healthy living and  economic recipes recipes.

The winners of the category of children have been Karina Lands and Mario Ortiz, of the events category have been Hazael Hervás and Marta Pozuelo, Tapas category have been David Garcia and Guillermo Rodriguez, Express recipes category have been Miguel Angel Brea and Ivan Criado the category of healthy life have been Mª Eugenia (Maru) Barbera and Alonso Orihuela and category recipes of economics have been Adrián Ortiz and Juan Abellán.

For several weeks, 200 students of this Center have experimented with the different cuts of chicken and other ingredients of common and accessible use in any grocery store to create these original recipes that will soon be published in format video on all channels of UVESA.
