Uvesa Group has participated in the day of Meat Products, with or without meat? and that has been realized in the International School of Kitchen of Valladolid and has been organized by Vitartis (Association of alimentary industry of Castile and Leon).
On this day the general director of Group Uvesa, Raúl Gómez, highlighted the importance of making consumers reach the effort that meat companies are making to achieve healthy, innovative and sustainable products, to adapt to the needs demanded by current consumers .
It is a day full of interesting presentations to give a vision of the meat sector and the new options and the new offer of both meat and non-meat.
At the end of the day that has allowed to know the opinions of several companies, products from the participating companies will be prepared by the students of the International Cooking School.
Uvesa has brought several products made as marinated skewers to be tasted by the participants.
